Due to several of my videos going viral, I've received a much higher volume of orders than I ever expected. I am currently working through a large backlog and fulfilling orders in the order they were received.
Please keep in mind that I am a one-person small business. I personally prepare and work on every order, and there are only so many I can complete in a day while still giving each one the time and care it deserves.
Because of the current order volume, processing times are longer than usual (2 months), and your order may take longer than expected to be completed and shipped.
Please only place an order if you're comfortable waiting for the current processing time. If you need your order by a specific date or cannot wait, I kindly ask that you do not place an order at this time.
I do not offer refunds because I purchase the squishies and other supplies specifically for each customer's order shortly after the order is placed. Once those materials have been purchased, the cost has already been invested into your order.

Requests:
You're welcome to leave general requests, such as "no Taba squishies" or "no duplicates if possible." I'll do my best to accommodate these whenever I can.
However, I cannot accept requests for specific squishies, colors, or quantities (for example: "2 jellyfish," "a Smusher," or any other specific squishy).
The reason is that general requests still allow me to keep your Squishy Scoop random. For example, if you request no Taba squishies and I happen to pick a medium-sized Taba cat paw, I can simply swap it for another squishy of a similar size and value. However, specific requests require me to search for exact squishies, which takes away the surprise and fairness of the Squishy Scoop experience.
So, if you have any special requests or information you'd like me to know, please leave it in the Cart Notes before completing your purchase. This can include gift requests, shipping instructions, or anything else you'd like me to see.
